These are the disciplines where a student gets real production work rather than a side project. Engineering roles here are filled two ways: an internship that converts, or a direct hire. Both paths are open, and the internship is not a lesser one.
Forward Deployment Engineering
Units get installed, integrated, and tuned inside the customer's own building. This is the discipline where the product meets the institution, and it is the fastest way to understand what Harmonee actually does.

Research and Development Engineering

Student and early-career placements begin with a 90-day foundation period working alongside the engineering team on real deployments. Harmonee coordinates academic credit with your institution where your program allows it. Compensation begins on successful completion and full onboarding, not during the foundation period itself.

Executive & Business Coordinator
The person who protects the team's time. You are the first point of contact for Harmonee, the one who keeps leadership's week intact, and the reason things do not fall through the cracks while the company is moving fast.
- Email correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Calendar coordination, and protecting focus time rather than just filling it
- Weekly and monthly planning cadence for the leadership team
- Note-taking in meetings, and closing the loop on what came out of them
- Personnel coordination across engineering, growth, and operations
- First point of contact for Harmonee, in person and by phone
- Client relationship management and follow-through
- Off-site errands and time-sensitive runs
- Company records, documentation, and due-diligence materials

Hiring and internship decisions are made by the Harmonee team and executive board. That is the final call, and it covers both direct hires and internship placements.

The company's outward voice. Brand, communications, content, and the customer stories that carry the work outside the building. Also the front door of recruitment.
